The Application Funnel Report provides an overview of the application process within your company.

Use the application funnel report to determine the number of applicants currently in the various recruiting phases. Applicant numbers are shown as colour-coded bar charts in the upper section of the report, followed by absolute and relative figures.

Applications are divided into the following application phases by default:

  • Applicants: total number of applicants who have entered the relevant recruiting phase

  • Proceeded: number of applicants who have progressed to another phase

  • Rejected: number of applicants who have been rejected in this phase

  • Declined: number of applicants who have declined in this phase

  • Still In Phase: number of applicants currently in this phase

The screenshot above shows an example where four applicants progressed from the Screening phase to another phase during the period under review, while one applicant is still in the Screening phase.

The table below provides an additional overview of the full conversion rate. These applications are also normally divided into the following application phases:

  • Applicants: total number of applications received. This figure represents the total from the columns Applicants, Proceeded, Rejected, Declined and Still in phase for the initial recruiting phase.
  • Accepted: total number of applicants who have been hired

  • Rejected: total number of applicants who have been rejected

  • Declined: total number of applicants who declined

  • Still In Phase: total number of applicants currently still in a recruiting phase

Configuration Options

There are several options for customizing the report as required:

  • Period
You can define the period under review. Only candidates whose Application received date is within the selected period will be included in the report.
  • Filters
You can add various filters to narrow down your selection. Select the position and/or recruiting category for which you would like to generate an analysis.
