How can I show off what I’ve learned?

Like other online educational programs, you can earn digital credentials by completing certain learning activities within Voyager Academy. Badges are awarded for low-stakes activities, such as passing a quiz or completing a course.

Where can I find my badge?

We'll email all badges to you via our digital credentials provider, Accredible. Make sure to check your spam folder, too. In order for a badge to be sent, you must complete the full course, including all quizzes.

What is Accredible?

Accredible is a digital credentials provider. They issue, send, and store all certificates for us. Learn more about what you can do with your Accredible account.

What can I do with my badge?

You can view your badge on your Accredible profile, share it on social media, or add it to your LinkedIn profile. You can even embed it into your email signature.

Is my badge safe?

Yes, Accredible uses the blockchain to cryptographically seal a record of the credential when it's created. Third parties can be absolutely certain that a record hasn't been altered since being issued.

Do I need to create an Accredible account to access my badge?

No, you can access your certificate without an Accredible account. However, creating an Accredible account enables you to view all your badges in one place in the future.

I’ve lost my certificate or badge email. How can I find my credentials again?

If you have lost the link or email for your certificate or badge, Accredible has a helpful tool that can help you get it back.

Can I find out more about how Accredible manages data?

Of course. Accredible will not share, sell, distribute, or contact certificate holders. Learn more about Accredible's data security and privacy policy.

I need to change something about my badge, or I don’t want my certificate to be on Accredible. What do I do?

No problem. Just submit a request, and we'll help you as quickly as we can.
