As part of these updates, we're adding more AI-powered capabilities that can provide you with data-driven insights about your organization.

Personio Assistant activation
We're activating Personio Assistant for select customers who opt-in to the New Personio. It will be rolled out gradually. Once it's avaialble, Administrators will see a new Assistant option in the navigation bar. Use it to:
- Get answers to Personio-related questions and receive summarized information from our Help Center.
- Access data-driven insights and visuals to help in HR decision-making.
Updated path to get support
We're integrating our Support Q&A chatbot into Personio Assistant to provide a more unified experience. Employees will notice a slight change in how they access support:
- Go to Help & Feedback > Get Help to open Personio Assistant.
- Non-administrators can ask Personio support-related questions.
- Administrators benefit from both Personio-related help and access to additional AI-powered data insights and capabilities.
