New job details

We have improved how job details are managed to make it easier to find and use job information. Our new design covers several key areas of job management, ensuring a seamless experience.

Here’s what’s new:

• New applications tab: This tab will provide a clear overview of applications in progress for a specific job. It will include important information such as new comments and evaluations, making it easy to identify which applications require action.
• New insights tab: This tab will offer crucial insights, such as application flow, channel efficiency, and conversion rates. It will help you spot process inefficiencies and where they occur, enabling you to take action for a better candidate experience.

The new Application List

We have introduced a new Application List, with a modern design and several new features.

Here’s what’s new:

• Advanced filters: Advanced filters speed up and simplify application screening. Automatically extract critical candidate details from CVs, and filter and organize them by combining multiple attributes.
• Faster task-switching: You can now complete multiple recruiting tasks directly from the Application List. What’s more, you can perform tasks for multiple applications at once, saving you time and manual effort. This helps you to maximize your workflow efficiency, reduce task-switching efforts, and stay organized.
• Personalize your workspace: Customize columns and filters to match your needs, and save your preferred views to simplify recurring tasks. Share specific list views with colleagues to enable better collaboration.

Advanced insights

You can now access a dedicated Insights tab in the Recruiting app, instead of exclusively from the Analytics area. In this area, you can track your hiring progress in depth and view relevant metrics at a glance. Further improvements to the Insights tab to be released soon.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of your hiring strategy, team, and processes.
• Reliably understand your hiring speed, progress, and effectiveness.
• Track performance against hiring goals.
• Understand pipeline health to make informed hiring and roadmap plans.

The new Recruiting homepage

Exciting changes are on the horizon for Personio's Recruiting Home, an important area within our Recruiting app. These improvements aim to enhance your experience and address common feedback.

You can use the beta toggle to switch to the new experience.

Here’s what’s changing:

• Improved visual experience: The updated design provides a fresh, modern look and easier navigation. Access the information you need quickly and efficiently.
• Updated homepage and widgets: The homepage and widgets are getting a more cohesive and modern look. You can quickly access necessary information to enhance the decision-making processes.
• Enhanced functionality in the widgets:
  ▶︎ Updates: You can now see comments, evaluations, and messages organized in tabs. This allows for better organization and quick access to relevant information.
  ▶︎ Tasks: Formerly known as the Recruiting inbox, this widget will display recruiting-specific tasks, improving your task management and prioritization.
  ▶︎ Interviews: This includes a calendar view for scheduled interviews, allowing you to easily track and join interviews directly from the homepage via the widget.
  ▶︎ Applications shortcuts: Predefined shortcuts to important application views, such as new applications and pending evaluations, accelerate your workflows.
