To set up your personal Personio job page, you need to activate it first.
Go to Configure account > Recruiting > Job page > Edit. Please make sure to enter your company profile in the respective languages you use there, too: it will be shown for any job posting you publish on your job page. You can add URLs to your company profile and upload videos, too.
To present your company in the best possible way, you can adapt the color of the fonts used, the buttons, and background colors to match your company's corporate ID. If you like, upload a logo to be shown as a banner on your job page.
Custom application form
You can choose which kind of data to request from the applicant. Once you have created custom attributes, you may add as many custom attributes as you like. To do so, please visit Configure account > Recruiting > applicants. Use the drag & drop option to change the order of the attributes in the job opening, and mark the respective attributes as required fields.
Vacancies view options
Decide yourself how to group your company's vacancies on your Personio job page: you can sort them by department, employment type, office, or any custom category you created yourself. Applicants will now be able to filter your vacancies and find the best-matching position to start their career in your company.
