New About profile page
The About profile page in the employee profile enhances employee collaboration and engagement by providing a comprehensive view of a colleague’s information, all in one place.

New and improved People list
Improvements planned for the People list
The new People list provides a quick and comprehensive view of your employees and allows you to manage and update employee data in bulk.
We've listened to your feedback and made it more adaptable, user-friendly, and efficient in updating data.
Switch to the new experience
As Administrators and Account Owners, you can already make the most of your People list experience by choosing to change to the new experience between mid-October and mid-November. Use the New Experience toggle to switch to the new version. This will only apply to your personal Personio account—other users will continue to use the current version.
Use this time to share your feedback with us through the ‘Give feedback’ button, get familiar with the new interface, and inform relevant stakeholders.
deTo return to the old version temporarily, use the New Experience toggle. In November, we will switch to the new experience for everyone in your company. It will no longer be possible to switch between the old and new versions.
Improvements introduced in the October release
Make it your own
- Tailor the list to your needs with advanced filtering—now possible for dates!
- Adjust column widths and order columns via the drag-and-drop functionality.
- Create and edit saved views to ensure you readily have the information you need.
- Select a column to be pinned so you always know where you are when scrolling horizontally.
Securely manage data
- Schedule changes to take effect in the past, present, or future for multiple employees. This feature includes a review to ensure you are updating the right employees. Now, you will also be able to backdate attribute values to employees’ individual hire dates in bulk.
- Safely delete employees by using added validation to prevent accidental deletion.
Collaborate effectively
- Share your view of the People list with a link.
- Export your current view seamlessly to Excel or CSV.
Improvements introduced in the February release
New Name
- The People list is now called the People List.
Updated interface
- We are continuing to update the interface to provide a more intuitive user experience, ensuring smooth navigation and interactions.
Bulk editing options
- Edit multiple employee profiles at the same time from the People List. Perform bulk actions like editing profiles, sending invites, or adding people to roles efficiently by selecting profiles and using the menu bar. This feature simplifies data management across your organization.
- Backdate attribute values for multiple employees. You can set the effective date of changes to be in the past or future.
Customization options
- The People List offers flexibility to tailor views to your needs. Add, remove, and reorder up to 25 columns with drag-and-drop functionality.
- Make changes to existing views. Make changes to a saved view without needing to create a new one.
Securely delete employees
- Prevent accidental deletion. You now must provide extra validation by typing DELETE in the required field.
