Performance comments


You can easily track your employees' progress by setting targets, leaving performance comments, and setting up feedback meetings in Personio.

This article describes how to add performance comments.


Creating Performance Comments

Performance comments allow supervisors and HR team members to leave notes on an employee's development that are not visible to the employee.

It is not possible to enter performance comments for oneself. Performance comments can be viewed by other employees if these have been given Edit access to the Performance section.

To enter a performance comment, go to the employee's Performance section and select Performance comment from the drop-down menu on the right. Enter a date. Now you can type your comment.



Editing Performance Comments

You can add as many performance comments as you like and go back to view existing comments at any time. If you click on an existing comment in the performance overview, the comment becomes editable.


If you would like to delete a performance comment, click in the comment on Edit and then, at the bottom of the entry mask, on Delete this comment.
