How Do I Create an Automated Email Confirmation of Receipt of Applications?

 

 

In this article, you will learn how to set up an automatic confirmation of email receipt in Personio. To set up an automatic email confirmation for applications, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Recruiting > Recruiting > Categories.
  2. Select a Recruiting category and click Edit.
  3. Now decide whether candidates should receive an automatic confirmation that the application has been received. To do so, activate the checkboxes:

    For applications via application module An automatic email response will be sent to the candidate when an application is submitted via Personio's application module.
    For applications via email An automatic email response will be sent to the candidate when an application has been received via email and has been assigned to a position.
