How do I reactivate an employee's locked account?

 

This article explains how to reactivate a locked employee account in your Personio account.

 

After three failed login attempts, the account is locked and the following error message appears:

As an administrator or HR manager, you can reactivate it by going to the affected employee profile and selecting Manage Account :

In the employee's account management area, you can reactivate the account by clicking on Send Password Reset Email or Set New Password.
