We are improving our homepage experience!
Last year, we revamped our homepage to simplify access to information about you and your immediate team. We reduced the number of widgets but enhanced the ones that remained.
Ever since, we've been releasing new improvements and functionalities:

The new Homepage experience (2024)
Our updated homepage gives you a preview of essential information and lets you explore further by navigating other sections of Personio. We've streamlined the homepage to focus on you and your immediate team. For more details about other members of your organization, you can check their profiles or use additional Personio applications.
Here are some of the widgets we added:
- Time Off: View company holidays, upcoming time off, and request time off.
- Inbox: Preview top approvals, tasks, and requests; click View all for full access.
- Your Team: Depending on access, view coworkers' birthdays, time off, remote work, and onboarding events.
- Recruiting: See up to three interviews; click to join or view full schedules.
- Shortcuts: Customize for easy access to relevant information.
- Announcements: Display important company messages to all employees.
- Discover: Shows relevant products/services; explore or dismiss offerings.
The new Homepage experience (2025)
We've launched an enhanced homepage to make task completion easier.
It's designed to keep you informed and efficient, with timely insights on the left and customizable tools on the right.
Here are some of the widgets we improved:
- The Announcements widget now includes cover images for better engagement
- The Workforce overview widget provides real-time employee data
- The Time Off widget makes time off tracking easier than ever before
- The Celebrations widget highlights key milestones like birthdays and anniversaries
The new homepage also offers exclusive customization options!
As an Administrator, you can now personalize your homepage to your liking. You can pin and rearrange widgets at the top. Furthermore, you can enable employees to personalize their homepage.
