In the coming year, we are embarking on a redesign journey that enables us to make the Personio that you know and love — even better! We have received feedback from many of our users on how we can make our platform simpler to use, more intuitive, and more performant while helping them grow with their scaling teams. We have considered this feedback and are evolving Personio’s interface, functionality, and back-end infrastructure to prepare for this next stage of growth.  

What will change?

Based on our research and customer feedback, we are redesigning Personio based on the following principles:

• User-centric technology: Bringing seamless yet powerful HR experiences to your teams and employees to enhance usability and efficiency. 
• The Personio you know made better: Future-proof your people processes with an HR system fortified by enhanced technical infrastructure — with reliability, performance, and scalability at its core.
• Do more with Personio: Tap into improved functionality, enhanced workflows, automation, and so much more with plenty of support along the way.

When will changes happen?

You probably already noticed some changes to Personio’s global navigation to make it more streamlined starting November 2023. Shortly after, you will continue seeing improvements across other parts of Personio throughout 2024 for easier access to the information you need at a glance.

The changes will be implemented in a staggered manner across different product areas so that you can maximize the value you get from our platform and adjust to these changes incrementally. Some of our surfaces that will undergo this redesign include:
