Personalize Your Personio: Tailor your Personio experience to align with your brand. Choose from various colors to perfectly match your company's identity and customize the home experience with different widgets.
User-Centric Technology: Discover HR like never before with powerful tools that make every HR process easier for your teams and employees.
When will these changes happen?
Starting April 3rd, as a Personio Administrator, you can explore the new Personio experience before it’s rolled out to all employees, as a banner will gradually appear on your homepage to let you switch.
During this exclusive early access period, you can freely experiment with features like color customization and other updates on your company's Personio account.
Rest assured, any changes you make won't be visible to employees until the official rollout. This allows you to test and adjust settings to your liking, ensuring a smooth transition when it goes live.

How do you opt in to start testing?
Starting April 3rd, a banner will gradually appear at the top of your Personio homepage, giving you the option to switch between the classic and new Personio experience.
Once the banner appears, you can activate the new interface to explore its features and easily switch back to the classic version at any time.
This gives you the freedom to check out the updates while keeping the familiar layout handy. To see the new Personio, click Preview new Personio in the banner and follow the steps.

Click What's changing? in the banner to head over to the What's New page and get a complete rundown of all the new features that are part of the new Personio experience.
