By integrating Personio and GoTime Cloud, new employees are automatically added to GoTime Cloud when they are added in Personio - for fast, streamlined onboarding.

Employee lifecycle: Whenever employee data is updated in Personio, it is also automatically updated in GoTime Cloud. This ensures that your employee information is up-to-date at all times.

Termination of users: When employees leave the company, the respective GoTime Cloud account is automatically deactivated based on the termination date in Personio.
- Time management: Attendance periods are automatically synchronized between GoTime Cloud and Personio. This way, you have all your employee data in one place.
- Other: Synchronized employees are automatically sent to time attendance terminals. This allows you not only to record attendance based on the identification and verification methods supported by the devices, but also to set up access control to certain customer instances if required.
How can I set up the integration?
To set up the integration, follow these steps:
- Go to Configurations > Personio.
- Enter the API credentials generated in Personio and click the authentication test button.
- In the Employee tab, define the employee data to be synchronized to GoTime Cloud and the synchronization periodicity.
- In the Attendance records tab, define the periodicity of synchronization of attendance records to Personio.

The following attributes are synced by GoTime Cloud:
- First name
- Department
- Hire date
- Office
- Termination date
