Choosing Plans and Viewing Invoices


This article explains how you can save your payment details, upgrade your plan, and view your past invoices. The relevant settings can be found in the Plan & Billing section.

First navigate to Settings > Plan & Billing.




1. Enter your current company size

Use the drop-down menu to select how many employees you will be managing in Personio.

2. Select your plan

Choose between the Essential, Professional and Enterprise plans. The price for each respective plan will depend on the number of employees you intend to manage.
The chosen plan is flagged in blue and also shown in a blue box at the top of the page.


3. Recruiting module

Choose whether your Personio account should include the extended recruiting functionalities.



Payment Details

Billing address: This is where you can store your billing data. Complete all fields fully and then click on Update to finalize the process.

Payment Details: Payment details are only stored if you have chosen a monthly billing period or wish to handle chargeable job ads via Personio.
Click on the Update your credit card link to enter these details. Complete your credit card details and then click on Save to finalize the process.

If you have opted for a yearly billing period, you don’t need to store your payment details. In this case, you will be invoiced for your Personio subscription fee. Chargeable job ads will continue to be charged to your credit card.

If you have opted for a monthly billing period, you can view, download and print all invoices for subscription fees and job ads here.
