How Do I Restore an Expired Session?

 

This article explains how to restore an expired session in Personio.

 

Log In With Your Username and Password

If you do not perform any action in Personio for two hours or more, the following message appears on the screen:

For security reasons, you will be logged out of Personio after a prolonged period of inactivity. Re-entering your login information will restore the expired session. In this way, you can retain data that you had entered into Personio but not yet saved. This includes, for example, emails you had started to write or longer review comments.

 

Log In via Google

If your account uses a Google login, you will see the following message:

In this case, you can also log in again using the Login button, without any data loss, and continue working.
