What is IDENTsmart?
The IDENTsmart ID500 Time & Attendance solution is a simple, affordable and innovative all-in-one solution that enables small and mid-sized businesses to keep a perfect overview of their employees' working time. The time & attendance solution comes with the ID500 Time & Attendance Terminal, which can be used as a wall or tabletop device, RFID employee stamp chip cards and RFID admin tokens.
The intelligent ID500 terminal is completely self-sufficient, no additional software needs to be installed on the computer. There is no need for complex installations, additional software or training. The system is innovative to use and offers all key features of a modern time recording system for companies with up to 250 employees.
How can I set up the integration of IDENTsmart and Personio?
Currently the integration is limited to the manual CSV export of the data from the ID500 terminal and the subsequent manual import into the Personio system.
The ID500 Time Recording automatically and/or manually creates CSV export files for Personio, which are sent by e-mail. The special Personio CSV export can be performed via the admin menu of the ID500 terminal. The export file is sent by e-mail to the HR department or the responsible employee and can then be imported into Personio. The recorded attendance times of the employees can then be imported directly into Personio without further processing.
What data will be transferred?
All recorded data is transferred daily, weekly and/or monthly as Excel-compliant documents (xlsx file) by e-mail to the personnel department or the responsible employee on the basis of automated reports. Since payroll accounting is carried out to the minute, the data also serves as the basis for efficient payroll accounting. The CSV export file is structured according to the Personio specifications and can be imported into Personio. More information about the import can be found here.
What are the costs?
Apart from the acquisition costs for the ID500 starter kit and, if applicable, costs for additional employee cards or employee tokens, there are no other ongoing costs. The ID500 Starterkit incl. 25 employee cards can be purchased via Amazon, via specialist retailers or directly via the webshop.
