This article explains how to create and use standardized evaluation forms to collect clear and structured feedback in a consistent form from everybody involved in the recruiting process.
In Personio, you can create standardized evaluation forms. They are freely configurable and can be easily integrated into the selection process.
As different evaluation criteria are needed for different interview types, you can adapt the forms freely to your needs.
To create an evaluation form, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings > Recruiting > Recruiting > Evaluations and click on the input field Add new form...
- Insert the name of your new form and click on the plus button.
- Scroll down to the Form Sections to create all required sections, such as “Expertise”, to structure your evaluation form. Combine any number of elements that you want to query within a section.
Element Explanation Heading Headings allow questionnaires to be organized by different blocks. Scale You can quantify the evaluation of your employees using 5-point scales. If you use multiple scales, you have the option of depicting the relevance of individual questions by weighting with values between 0 and 1. On this basis, an overall result from all ratings is calculated. Text field Text fields also allow the input of qualitative feedback.
Sections Key Take Aways and Overall Recommendation are by default added to each evaluation form to summarize the evaluation.
